1. Refund Policy for Service Packages

Our services are primarily digital and involve creative work, project management, and consultation. As such, once a project has commenced, refunds are typically not available. However, under certain conditions, refunds may be considered.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Before Project Commencement: If a service or package has been purchased but work has not yet begun, a refund minus 10% of the total payment will be withheld to cover administrative costs, bank charges, etc.
  • After Project Commencement: If work has already started, refunds will not be issued. However, we may provide a partial refund based on the scope of work completed, with deductions made for the services already provided and administrative costs.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Payments made for third-party costs, such as advertising fees, domain registrations, and hosting services, are non-refundable. These costs are often paid to external vendors and cannot be recovered once committed.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Evaluation: Once we receive your request, we will review the status of your project to determine eligibility for a refund.
  • Resolution: If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount due will be returned to you using your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

3. Return Policy for Completed Work

Given that our services are customized and tailored to each client’s specific needs, all completed work is considered final and non-returnable. This applies to all our services, including Social media management, branding, and any other digital services delivered as per the agreement and completed digital assets such as graphics, copywriting, websites, etc.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Commencement: If you decide to cancel a service before the project begins, a refund minus 10% of the total payment will be withheld to cover administrative costs, bank charges, etc.)will be considered.
  • After Project Commencement: If the project is cancelled after the commencement of work, you will be billed for all work completed up until the point of cancellation. No refunds will be given for services rendered or third-party costs incurred.
  • Thrive Green Media Ltd reserves the right to withhold deliverables until all outstanding payments are made.

5. Modifications or Changes to Projects

If you wish to change or modify the scope of work after a project has commenced, additional fees may apply. Please discuss this with your designated project manager to ensure a smooth process.
