In my work over the last 6 years, I've seen that a lot of people that don't do the actual work have the most propensity to fluant a degree or even mere certificates - Its an irony that some of us who move the needles find irritating, but then thats a conversation for another day. If you've got all the facny degrees and certificate, great! but we'll be very keen on getting the work done when our parts crosses
